      If I pre-order my ski hire and lift pass through yourselves, as I have done before, where do I collect the vouchers. We are getting in late on Sunday night / early hours on Monday morning so will be a bit short on time when we get up on Monday morning. Do you still have the office opposite the Gondola.

      No, we only had the office one season and went back to how we always used to do it. If you're arriving up to 21:30 give Hayley a call and she'll come to meet you at your hotel, otherwise she'll meet you in the morning before the lifts open. For the ski hire the Sant Moritz shops open at 08:00 on Monday mornings so you've enough time to collect your equipment before lift opening/school starting.
