      Hi Steve. My partner and I were skiing in Arinsal during the Christmas week 2010. We had a great time... lots of snow. We're planning to ski there again this Christmas (depart UK on 17 Dec). We'll stay at Hotel Arinsal (again). Hope we'll get lots of snow this year too.

      A couple of questions. Can we buy ski passes from you and collect from your rep at the pub/restaurant a few doors away from Hotel Arinsal? And we also wish to hire ski equipment via you - do we collect them from that same shop top of the first gondola (Aussie owner)?

      Glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday last year so are coming back!!

      This year we're opening an office directly opposite the gondola ( :D ) so you'd either collect the lift passes from there or just give us a ring on our local number (on your voucher) when you arrive and one of our team will meet you with them at your hotel.

      For the rentals you'd collect them from Sant Moritz - they have a shop in the village by the chemist, and the one you mean at the top of the gondola (as well as two other shops at the top of the village) and you can collect your skis from any of them.
