There is a bus stop next to Hotel Palomé.
The freebus will stop first in La Massana and then you will change to the bus to Acalís that departs from the same place.

You can catch the bus to Arcalis from the bus stop in front of the gondola of Arinsal (in front of El Moli restaurant). The same bus stops in La Massana and keeps going until Arcalís.
