There is a ski lock up available in Patagonia cheeper than the lockers on the mountain. Used it last year Its very handy and only 30 seconds walk from the lift
Yes you can just wear normal footwear down (or up) or you can go on with skis/snowboard.

We will be staying at the Hotel Patagonia over Feb half-term.
Just wondered if you are able to ride the 4 person chairlift wearing normal footwear back down to the Hotel rather than take the gondola from Arinsal ski station. I would like to leave skis in lockers on the mountain if possible as I have always found this to be the best solution with children, rather than risk the last run of the day down to the bottom with tired kiddies.
