    If you've booked through our website then...

    Ski hire - the Sant Moritz rental shops by the slopes and by Hotel Crest close at 17:00, but the shop in the village centre is open until 20:00. Failing that, it's from 08:30 in the morning.

    Lift passes & lesson tickets - you'll be meeting Steve M when yuo arrive (his mobile number is on your vouchers) - just call him when you arrive and he'll come to meet you with your passes and lesson tickets at your hotel. You can call up to around 21:00, or from 08:00 if you arrive later than that.

    If you booked elsewhere then you'll need to check with who you booked through.

    We shall be arriving in Arinsal on a Sunday afternoon. What is the latest time that we'll be able to pick up our hire equipment and passes so we'll have them for lessons on the Monday morning?
