  • Hi Liz

The mountain is open as usual and then all the bars have parties, some you pay for most are free, and just about all the parties are family friendly, although you can also party until well into New Year's Day if you like! Most restaurants also offer special menus so have a look around when you arrive and you'll see what takes your fancy!

  • Hi Fred

It's a basic budget hotel but right in the village centre so you can't get much handier for the gondola to the slopes. It's got a really good bar in the hotel too and they often have live music, plus sports on TV etc.

For ski hire we work with Sant Moritz who have a shop next door to the hotel and you save 30% by pre-booking at www.arinsal.co.uk/shop.

Arinsal is linked to Pal so you've got plenty to go at from the resort - you just need to take the gondola up and then you'll be at the foot of the slopes. Definately worth heading over to Arcalis for at least a day, and the bus stop is just at the bottom of the gondola, so again very handy for your hotel.

Most bars and restaurants will have Christmas parties, some free and others you pay for. We'll try to put details on here and on our Facebook page so keep an eye out, otherwise just ask around when you arrive.

Just ask if you have any other questions.

  • General Information - xmas 2012

    Fred

We have booked a week, at the Hotel Comapedrosa, from 23 December for us and our 11 year old daughter. Any information about the hotel would be appreciated.

Also any recommendations for ski hire shop and information about lifts, runs etc.

Does anyone know of events that take place on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day?

    Thanks.

    Fred
