If you like you can try. I imagine to people you get through to will just be Uk office people and not 100% how the resort here runs. There is only one ski school in Arinsal so who ever you book it with you will be using the same one. We have the option to sell both morning and afternoon groups and you select this on booking. The tour operators are all given set slots so to try and spread to guests out evenly in to AM's and PM's and not to have too many for one or the other meaning instructors are left with out work half the day and not enough instructors for the half a day they have too many bookings. Neilson have always had the afternoon slot and do this year I don't know if you ask in the UK if they can arrange the alternavtive group for you, you can only try.

They will direct you to the shop to pick up your equipment when you arrive, if it is still open and you have time, otherwise that will be on your first morning and they give you your lift passes, probably when you arrive in the welcome meeting. Depending what you want to do about your group lessons if you booked them with us I would deliver them to you personally when you arrive with the information of where to go etc.

When we booked the holiday we payed for lift pass equipment and lessons in with the flights and hotel.do you think it's possible to ring neilson and ask them to try and book our lessons for the morning?

You can book with us morning or afternoon guarenteed which ever you like click this Shop page link, enter your date and duration and you will see you choose morning or afternoon. Neilson usually have all their guests in afternoon lessons and the other tour ops in the morning or a bit of both. But if you would like to wait and see you can book ski pack items with the reps on the bus.
