Hi Luke
Hotel Patagonia isn't 100% ski-in-ski-out, as it's around 100 metres from the slopes/ski lift. You have the bottom of Les Marrades slope, then you have Hotel Ushuaia, then it's Hotel Patagonia.
The ski area is Pal-Arinsal, made up of Pal and Arinsal which are linked by cable car. The lift pass here is called the Nord Pass, which covers Pal-Arinsal as well as Arcalis. If you book for minimum four days then you also get one of the days included with Grandvalira if you wanted to ski over there.
You can book the Nord Pass lift pass here.
Hope that helps!
Steve
