just back from arinsal 28/12/2008 - el cau was great - free toasties and free drinks after skiiing! + good music and friendly staff. what more could you want? Late evening entertainment great too - so i'm told by teenagers in group! Definitely place to go till early hours.

Yeah, particularly fun to watch is the people placed in the skis and snowboard that are nailed to the ceiling, after they've had a few too many ... they go quite green - best to have a bucket too hand!! :thumbsup:

Won a snowboard in the quiz last year, I won't change it for my one but the quiz only cost 5 euro so I am well happy with that. Good location, straight off the gondola at the end of the day.
