  • Hi there. You would need to get the bus from Arinsal to La Massana, and go to bus stop 417. The free bus schedule going from La Massana is: 8.45/9.20/10.45 The return is: 15.00/14.00/17.00 You need to send a message via WhatsApp to book your spot on the bus +376 803788 Many thanks Elizabeth

  • Hi Myles Sorry, but Arcalis is now part of the Grandvalira ski area covered on that lift pass, so there isn't an option any more to combined Pal-Arinsal with Arcalis. When Arcalis was separated the bus link also ended, so now you need to take a bus to La Massana and then connect with a bus to Arcalis. Steve

  • Hi Carl The lift pass is exactly the same, covering the whole of the Pal-Arinsal ski area. You'd collect them from our office in the centre of the village, just opposite the Derby Irish Bar. Ski hire is from any of the three Sant Moritz ski hire shops - village centre, top of village, or top of gondola. The lockers are in the shop at the top of the gondola. Steve

  • Hi Matt Unfortunately Arcalis is no longer an option with the Pal-Arinsal lift pass. You can only have a separate Arcalis lift pass, or it is now included with the Grandvalira lift pass. Steve

  • They are booked from 08:45 (when the shop opens) on the start date until 17:00 (when the shop closes) on the end date, however if you're collecting your skis the day before your rental starts then if your locker is available then you can use it straight away. Steve

  • I'm not sure what you mean about not choosing a timeslot when booking, because one of the dropdowns is to choose AM or PM. You can find the full timetable on our lessons info page here: www.arinsal.co.uk/ski-school/ If you have a specific query about your booking please email us with your booking reference using our contact form. Steve

  • Hi Marcin We don't have any group classes for children snowboarding in La Massana, however we can offer you private lessons for this. If you would like some pricing please send us an email from our contact form. Thanks Steve

  • Hi Stuart, Right now the village roads are clear and safe to drive. For more information, head over to our webiste for a weekly update on the weather and snow conditions. arinsal.co.uk/weather Thanks Elizabeth

  • Hi Jamie Sorry, yes over in Pal that's no problem either to take a baby on the chairlift. Steve

  • Hi Soupdragon Lessons are just lessons, so yes you'll need to rent skis separately. He will also need a lift pass, but this is free (cannot be pre-booked), so you'll just need to show his passport at the kiosk at the bottom of the gondola. Steve

  • Hi Jamie I assume you mean the Josep Serra chairlift from next to Hotel Ushuaia? I’m this case, yes you can, there is no minimum age, but you just need to be very careful! Steve

  • Hi David The free pass is now from age 75+. From 65 to 74 the price is now €23 per day. Steve

  • Hi there, Sorry to hear they weren't very helpful. We're not aware of any other childcare for younger children aside from the BabyClub. Steve

  • Hi Luke It is exciting news about the link up between Grandvalira and Pal-Arinsal, however it's not a physical lift link. They have formed a new company to work together, especially aiming to promote Andorra as a year-round destination. You can read more in our blog article here. Steve

  • Hi! Great to hear you've booked for Christmas. A few places do a great Christmas dinner, especially the Xalet Restauarnt at Hotel Montane, El Moli, and the Hotel Palarine. If you message us during November we'll be able to get a table booked somewhere for you. In terms of special apres ski activities, one of the most amazing ones is a helicopter flight over the mountains, plus there are usually options to go up the mountain at night for a dinner, however again things will be usually confirmed du…

  • Hi Tim In Arinsal you can find most of the restaurants open, it depends what are you craving. Surf if you are a meat lover, Cabin for Andorran specialites, Ciscos for mexican food, La Tasca for Spanish Tapas, Factory for pizzas and milanesas, Hunters for peruvian food. The closing time in Andorra is 24:00, and the maximum capacity per table is 4 people. However, if you are a group bigger you can easily seat in two different tables. It's recommendable to pre-book but not mandatory. Please, do not…

  • Hi Mike Yes you can rent ski bikes in Arinsal, which would be organised from the information desk at the top of the gondola, and yes you can take them on the lifts. You'll find some more info about activities available here >> Steve

  • I just sent you an email. Steve

  • Good morning, and thanks for your post. The first free bus from La Massana to Arinsal is at 8.15 in the morning and it takes around 15 minutes to get there. There is also a paying public bus too, so you have some options. The buses run even in bad weather here in Andorra! You are right, the international lessons are taught in muliple lanugauges which can include Spanish, Catalan and French. Best wishes
