Hi Sorry for the slow reply, hopefully you've enjoyed your visit. Roads are normally cleared quickly, but you'll need to have snow chains or snow socks in your car anyway to comply with the law. The drive from Arinsal to Arcalis is lovely, but it's slower to be cleared when there's snow, especially as you get close to Arcalis. Steve

Hi there! You can use the menu express vouchers in the following restaurants in Arcalis: Restaurant Hortell, Restaurant Planells and Restaurant La Coma (terrace). In terms of the buses, there is one free bus that leaves from Josep Serra lift (next to Hotel Patagonia) in Arinsal at 8:30am, then stops a couple of minutes later at the Arinsal gondola. This same free bus will leave Arcalis to return to Arinsal at 16:15. This service is only on Thursdays. When you book a lift pass with us, our Andorr…

Hi Swen Sorry if it was confusing - that was actually old info. Now with the Nord Pass you can ski in Pal-Arinsal and in Arcalis with any duration pass on any day. So if you are buying a pass for a week, then every day you can ski in Pal-Arinsal and Arcalis, you can split morning/afternoon, however you like, and then on one of the days you can also ski in Grandvalira. I hope that explains it. Steve

Hi Luke Hotel Patagonia isn't 100% ski-in-ski-out, as it's around 100 metres from the slopes/ski lift. You have the bottom of Les Marrades slope, then you have Hotel Ushuaia, then it's Hotel Patagonia. The ski area is Pal-Arinsal, made up of Pal and Arinsal which are linked by cable car. The lift pass here is called the Nord Pass, which covers Pal-Arinsal as well as Arcalis. If you book for minimum four days then you also get one of the days included with Grandvalira if you wanted to ski over th…

Hi Martin Pal-Arinsal is now up to 32 of 48 slopes open, and your lift pass also include Arcalis with 22 of 28 slopes open. You can keep track of the weather and slopes info on our Arinsal weather page. The reason is because of the low snowfall earlier in the season, but recently there has been a lot of new snow and cold temperatures so things have been improving. There is also more snow on the forecast for Wednesday. Hope that helps. Steve

Yes there is a free bus on Thursdays from Arinsal to Arcalis - it leaves Arinsal at 08:30 and picks up at all stops along the way, but it's just one bus so if it's full then it's not possible to get on. Similarly there's a service on Fridays coming from Grandvalira, scheduled to be at the bus stop by Hotel Del Pui in La Massana at 09:10, but only an option if there are space. There isn't a service bus beyond Ordino. Steve
