  • Thanks for that Steve. We know the resort as we have been often and continue to love it. I think we will make decision when we are there as to private lessons. It is just Joe wanting to snowboard. Hopefully we may find someone to double up for snowboarding lesson/s...
We have our lift pass cards from previous seasons but have already booked the vouchers from this site. Can we transfer vouchers onto old cards or do we have to get new ones?
  • Hi Ade

If he's wanting to do skiing and snowboarding every day then it would be two sets of equipment because the shop wouldn't keep swapping the equipment as every swap would be re-fitting boots & bindings. If he wanted to do the first half of the holiday eg. on skis and then swap once to a snowboard for the second half of the holiday that's fine so long as you've gone for at least silver level skis.

They will be lessons available but quite possibly all group lessons just in the morning. Private lessons are much better for quick progression as you get the full attention of the instructor. You can pre-book any private lessons required here.

  • Easter skiing but thinking of hiring snowboards and lessons?

Arriving 31 March. We have booked everything we need, hopefully, but Joe, 14yr old, wants to snowboard as well as ski. Whats the best advise? We have rented ski kit and all ski. No ski lessons are needed. Joe is a skateboarder, wants to snowboard. do you think we maybe able to swap skis for snowboard equipment or will we have to pay double... We are guessing on 1/2 day ski and 1/2 day snowboard depending on weather conditions. Do you think the snowboard schools will be full over the holiday period and do you agree private lessons will be a quicker way to progress as the schools may to up to max capacity? any help appreciated. cheers Ade :?:
