Lleida is a difficult one as it is such a small airport with no good connections for travel. The expensive way would be taking a taxi from the airport to your accommodation in Arinsal or the public route will mean you will need to take a bus or taxi from the airport into Leida town bus station, here you can take a bus to Andorra la Vella, you will then need to get a local bus from Andorra la Vella to Arinsal. The buses from Lleida bus station to Andorra leave at 09:30, 13:30, 15:30 and 19:30 and take around 3 hours.
