Dates Confirmed For 2011!
UPDATE: The Big Snow Festival 2011 has now been confirmed as March 13th - 20th with more details and the official lauch coming on July 8th!!! Personally I can't wait to find out who's lined up!
The first of its kind in Arinsal, The Big Snow Festival 2010 was organised by the people behind The Big Reunion. The festival featured some of the world's best DJs and live acts including Calvin Harris who headlined, an amazing night on the mountain with Pendulum, plus a fantastic finale featuring Pritchard vs Dainton live on stage!
An amazing success in its first year with great reviews, 2011 is going to be a fantastic event not to be missed!
It was seven nights of non-stop partying with events such as the mountain-side fashion show and Paddy's Day Pandemonium, plus top DJs including Kiss da Funk and Judge Jules, and party nights such as Brandon Block's Old Skool Disco and the Loaded party! The whole village got behind the event with terrace parties for après ski, live music at El Derby, and big discounts for flashing your wristband!
On the slopes, thrill seekers will love the 40,000 square metres of freestyle space packed with half-pipes, jumps and fun boxes, plus there'll be competitions to pick out the hottest skiing and snowboarding talent and if you're a snow virgin don't worry: the fantastic Vallnord instructors will be on hand to help you live the dream.
So whether its big slopes, big beats or good old-fashioned big fun you're after, it has to be The Big Snow Festival.
